It had to be invented: Pierre Dubarry did it! The Jollivet couple, who took over the Ducs de Gascogne company in 2017, decided to keep this 100% local fast-food brand alive between noon and two, "to eat fast, well and cheaply". Born in 2015, Gascony's fast food is undoubtedly destined to become widely known thanks to a system of franchises (notice to food lovers!). To date, a hot and a cold formula are proposed, both complete. The duck is king, with different kinds of hamber-Gers... Here, no hot dog, but Gascon Duck! A very good address.
