CONSERVATORY OF AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL LIFE
Private museum relating the life in the Gers countryside between 1850 and 1950 through tools used for the farm, the vineyard
This private museum retraces life in the Gers countryside between 1850 and 1950. In a 19th century building, you can discover more than 1,000 tools used in the past for farm and household work. You will discover the objects necessary to the culture of the vine and the production of wine, those which lead from the wheat to the bread, those allowing the harvest of the chestnuts. A farm room has been reconstructed with its spit and its oven for croustade.
