Domaine de Polignac invites you to a memorable experience in Gondrin. With 30 hectares of vineyards, it offers a wide range of products. You'll discover IGP Côtes de Gascogne wines, Floc de Gascogne and Armagnac Ténarèze. This family-run estate also has an escape game where you can explore the mysteries of the estate while solving fascinating riddles. The offers are varied and accessible to all. You can choose between an indoor treasure hunt, where you'll have to solve riddles to get out of the old office, or an outdoor version that will take you around the estate in search of riddles scattered around the vineyards and winery. At each stage of the adventure, you'll discover a little more about the history and winemaking traditions of the estate. The treasure hunt lasts between an hour and an hour-and-a-half, so you and your team can make plenty of discoveries while having fun at the same time. An unusual and educational adventure not to be missed in Gondrin!

A word from the winemaker: "Se Canta" is the latest addition to our wine range, made from a 2.4 ha parcel of young Colombard grapes. I wanted to offer you a fresh, lively wine, typical of Colombard, the emblematic grape variety of Gascony. Tasting notes:The nose reveals grapefruit aromas and lemony notes. After aeration, aromas of pear and pineapple follow. Finally, there are notes of acacia honey and lime blossom. On the palate, the attack is frank and clean. The mid-palate retains tension, finishing with minerality and good length. You'll find the same aromas as on the nose (grapefruit, fresh pineapple, pear). This wine is ideal as an aperitif, and will go well with fish or poultry barbecues, seafood and shellfish, as well as fresh or warm goat's cheese.

Floc de Gascogne Red
Floc de Gascogne Rosé is made with fresh grape juice from Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Merlot (50%). The blend is mutated with Armagnac, which naturally stops the fermentation of the fresh juice, thus creating Floc Rosé de Gascogne. This blend, made at harvest time, is composed of 2/3 grape juice and 1/3 young Armagnac. On tasting, Floc de Gascogne Rosé has a discreet nose of prunes and spices, which evolves towards red fruits with aeration. The palate is soft and supple, with good sweetness but no heaviness. The nose returns nicely with a clean finish of prunes and red fruit (blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry).

Armagnac Vintage 1990
- Appearance: Deep amber.
- Nose: Melted wood, cinnamon spice and pear, and toasty rancio undergrowth.
- The Palate: Supple on the attack, then full-bodied, where rancio wood blends with notes of liquorice and undergrowth. A touch of smoke.
