After a period of closure, this restaurant has made a fresh start with the return of the traditional cuisine of Colette Caron, Maître Restaurateur.
After selling the restaurant she had run for over 20 years in June 2023, Colette Caron took it over a few months later in a state of bankruptcy. At the age of 74, she bravely put her apron and chef's hat back on to rebuild the business, aided by a loyal clientele devoted to her traditional recipes. Duck features prominently on her menus, starting with her duck breast with honey-spice sauce. Poêlée of scallops with green asparagus, veal fillet with morel mushrooms, foie gras and its salad with prune almond oil: everything is divine!
