LA CARLOUCHETTE
The resumption of this bar-restaurant by the cook Michel Bernoldi was a great opportunity to restore the rhythm and go to this small village, La Monbalen. Here, no deference and no misplaced claims: you are half way between the corner bistro and the restaurant where you get the recovering for a reasonable sum. The entrance of the MIDI formula consists of a cold buffet in free service, with delicious courgettes on the Neapolitan, but also more traditional commodities: sausages, local rillettes, etc. Two dishes are then offered each day, with different types of accompaniments, never frites beans from the cru. It's fine simple, and several desserts will complement this meal, not to mention a small coffee before resuming the road. On sunny days, a beautiful terrace awaits you, dominating a whole stroll.
