Settled in Lagraulet-du-Gers since 2014, the Franco-Argentine dowsers Marion and Nicolas, who could easily be called wizards as their fabulous magic works with plants, even the rarest ones, have just launched hydroponic market gardening in the Gers. The concept: to grow fruit and vegetables by replacing the earth with water. In a 600 m² greenhouse, the seeds sown are transformed into healthy plants and are much sought after by chefs. Entering this world, you will discover plants with a thousand and one virtues.
