Juliette and Olivier Démaret lived in Africa for 20 years before settling in a small farm in Lot-et-Garonne. They raise and force-feed ducks in the traditional way, then transform and market them themselves. We strongly advise you to come and discover this human-sized farm and its flagship product, the original duck foie gras with vanilla from the Comoros. Another range, this time of pure farm pork products, has been developed with variations on traditional charcuterie and pâtés.
