Located in Lannepax, La Falène Bleue attracts crowds for its charming setting and inventive cuisine.
Formerly a notary's house, La Falène Bleue occupies one of the corners of the village's main square. The funny name comes from the contraction of the first names of Fabien (the chef) and Hélène (the hostess) and the omnipresent Lectoure blue. The shutters, bar and a few subtle touches in the dining room are all in royal blue. Fabien and Hélène's aim was to create a bistronomic restaurant where every detail is carefully considered, from the cosy setting to the beautifully crafted dishes. Plates include duck pot-au-feu, fish of the day and filet mignon... depending on the season. A real delight.
