And, everything is made on the spot! If the Cochon Bleu opens its doors at lunchtime, during the day it offers drinks, homemade pastries and artisanal ice creams in its tea room. Le côté restauration avec des produits frais, du terroir gascon, et des préparations libres et originales !
C'est petit, les quelques tables vitre prises d'assaut les midis... et le menu suivant arrivages et saisons... et la douce inspiration de la cheffe !
Salon de thé les matins et après-midis, ou "flâner nonchalamment" en "dégustant" un bon livre
