La Gourmandise, here is an establishment which carries its name perfectly. It offers pancakes made with organic flour as well as minced steaks from the Sabathé house in Ségoufielle. The creations are original, like the galette with goat cheese, emmenthal, almonds and honey or the chopped steak served with scrambled eggs, emmenthal, tomato sauce, French fries and salad. For dessert, in addition to the inevitable sweet honey-lemon pancakes or homemade salted butter caramel, the chef prepares desserts to die for, such as the strawberry or pistachio-raspberry tart.

Peut être un mauvais moment…. Nous reviendrons quand même car il s’agit peut être d’un mauvais jour ou d’un mauvais moment (en pleine saison) …..et la cuisine a pris le dessus sur le service !!!!
