Crusta'C was born from a passion and an encounter. Passionate about good products and exoticism, Franck Nguyen has devoted his entire career to the food industry. After a few years in companies, he met Chrystelle, a daughter of a shrimp fisherman in Madagascar. Her influence is such that she encourages Franck to resume his studies in management and entrepreneurship so that they can pursue an ambitious project together. This project was officially launched in 1993 under the name Crusta C, a brand specialising in shrimp. The brand is established at the gates of the pink city, in its workshops it cooks, packages and sells at full capacity. After expanding into the Midi-Pyrénées, the brand extended its service to the entire national market, still with an exceptional shrimp.
