The initials BC stand for Bertrand Cayrel, a local boy who became a wine merchant in the 2000s, and is now one of the best ambassadors for Gascony wines. For it is the finest estates in the Gers that are honored here, in Côtes-de-gascogne, madiran, pacherenc du vic-bilh... not forgetting the armagnacs. Bertrand Cayrel, a true enthusiast, has established solid links with the producers he represents. He makes a point of selling these carefully selected wines at estate prices. A great address to discover!
