LA FERME DE MATHIOU
In this poultry area in Loubersan, you will find a beautiful bird label, as well as a fat duck. The animals, which are at liberty, facing a magnificent panorama of the Pyrenees, are reared and slaughtered on the spot: they are marketed on the farm by living and in charge of ready-to-cook. 12 000 ducks per year are stuffed in a traditional way: in their park and whole grain corn. All the food of the various strains is produced on the farm because here out of the question to skimp on quality! As far as their transformation is concerned, there are other providers who deal with it and have excellent revenues. With the 110 hectares of exploitation, there is a lot of work and it is all the better because activity creates jobs which is a boon to the local workforce and economy.
