Nicole loves cooking. She's been behind the stoves since she was 12. With her husband and daughter, they raise ducks, they feed and they cook. Candies and fatty livers are naturally beautiful, but Nicole's culinary talents go well beyond that. Some of its specialties are the hazelnut terrine, hazelnuts with onion confit, foie gras and delicious jams. Not to mention a couscous simply divine to recall its Algerian origins. The 80 different products come from their farms. Two days courses to learn to cook the fatty duck are also offered!
