La Petite Auberge is a veritable institution in Marciac. In a friendly, family atmosphere, loyal customers delight in the tasty dishes concocted by Sylvie Chapart and her team. Over 30 years in the making, the "Délices de mamie", old-fashioned sweetbreads, duck breast casserole and Gascon burger have become firm favourites. The restaurant's typical setting of stone walls, exposed beams and fireplace is a major factor in its success. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace under the arcades.

L'astuce ici est de commander le repas du jour du chef. Les meilleurs ingrédients, les mieux cuits et susceptibles d'arriver chauds et rapidement. C'est en fait le meilleur conseil pour tout petit restaurant à la campagne. Le vin maison et un repas à prix modéré restent ainsi.

Dans un style d'antan, comme à l'époque de mes grands parents. Un peu de nostalgie. Des plats traditionnels et de qualité. On a aimé même si l'espace fait caisse de résonance.
