Restaurant offering creative cuisine at low prices in Marciac.
La Fabrique is one of the nicest places in Marciac. The creative and inspired menu offers very affordable prices. Florian, the chef, only works with fresh, local products, from neighbouring farms when possible. The cuisine is certainly regional, but revisited to the taste of the day, as shown by this delicious plate of foie gras presented in samoussas served with a compote of onions or this grenadin of veal in a peanut crust. The fresh fish is also part of the party and follows the arrivals.
