In a Parisian brasserie setting with Gascon accents, you will appreciate the good food and good humour of Pierre Cardonne, the owner. He relies on quality products from local producers as well as beautiful proposals of fish and shellfish. A trilogy of foie gras, duck confit and grandmother's purée, red mullet fillets, sea bass or scallops are regular items on the menu.
