Restaurant offering a good local cuisine in Marciac.
In a Parisian brasserie setting with Gascon accents, you will appreciate the good food and good humour of Pierre Cardonne, the owner. He relies on quality products from local producers as well as beautiful proposals of fish and shellfish. A trilogy of foie gras, duck confit and grandmother's purée, red mullet fillets, sea bass or scallops are regular items on the menu. We can only salute the talent of this inventive chef whose skill is matched only by his kindness.

Excellent même en période de"jazz in marciac ". Très bon, assiettes bien originales, services de qualité et très sympa. Bref, un restaurant que je recommande à tous.

Beau décor,accueil très sympa… Je me suis senti comme à la maison aux Coulisses. Je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir.
