On Wednesday mornings, on the Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, the atmosphere is one of bargaining and good food bargains. A must for local producers, this market is a beautiful showcase of local produce where fruits, vegetables, pastries, cheeses and cold cuts quickly fill the basket. Resellers are also present, as well as various hawkers offering clothes and fashion accessories. In summer, musical animations animate the market, which moves to the edge of the lake during the festival Jazz in Marciac.

Tartare de thon en ce qui me concerne servit avec des frites. Le tartare était bon mais extrêmement salé. Les frites n'étaient vraiment pas bonnes, on aurait dit des frites MC do.
Personnellement je n'y retournerais pas.
