On Wednesday mornings, on the Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, the atmosphere is one of bargaining and good food bargains. A must for local producers, this market is a beautiful showcase of local produce where fruits, vegetables, pastries, cheeses and cold cuts quickly fill the basket. Resellers are also present, as well as various hawkers offering clothes and fashion accessories. In summer, musical animations animate the market, which moves to the edge of the lake during the festival Jazz in Marciac.

Aujourd'hui ça ne l'est plus.
Les prix ont augmenté et les portions ont très nettement diminué.
Du beurre à l'ail sur la tartine de foie gras, 20 euros pour une andouillette de 5 cm de long, le poulpe qui baigne dans l'huile, bref, nous retournerons plus.
Excellent, avec en plus une musique jazz en fond.
Service pro, dommage que l'informatique ne soit pas à jour des tarifs, QR code menu et prix affichés différents. Petit BUG, mais bug quand même.
A revoir hors saison.
