For more than 20 years, Jean-Luc, the leader, has built his reputation by working well on both land and sea products. A very experienced caterer, it ensures the right combination between the pleasures of eyes and those of taste, areas in which it excels. Logically, it is in an air-conditioned, refined, large and clear room that you take place, around tablecloths in real cotton and where the art of the table is well controlled. Here the gastronomy is on the map and it is rich! Grills, magret, veal or lamb offer a true character of the plates, which are still beautifully mounted. We love this chic and studied side, which in no way prevents food from being generous. The kitchen is traditional, resolutely gascon, and the buffet of starters does not forget any taste: vegetables, foie gras, salmon carpaccio, country ham… the hardest is to choose!
