Geese and ducks make the reputation of the Ferme de l'Estive. The Cazaux family transforms them into foie gras, confits, gizzards, pâtés but also dried duck breasts. A range of cooked dishes is also offered, based on tasty local recipes: daube, Tarbais beans with duck confit, duck tagine with fresh vegetables and fruit. Bernard Cazeaux can offer you a tasting, which will allow you to discover the quality of his products. It is also possible to buy whole geese and ducks, from October to April.
