It was in 1949 that Henri Maupas transformed this beautiful master house into a hotel-restaurant and his son made the world famous by making the country's gastronomy known abroad. A beautiful family saga that is continuing with Eric, the grandson, who has taken over the reins by modernizing the whole while preserving the mood of the house. It is a pleasant place to take a break at «Mirande la Jolie», for example, the country festival organized every year in the house, Jazz in Marciac or simply for holidays in the land countryside. Some rooms have been redesigned with a new breath. Bright and bright, they are all comfortable with desk, flat screen, wrought iron beds or wooden reinforcement, and all are air-conditioned. They are very pleasant and perfectly equipped for a restful and relaxing stay.
