For more than four generations the Bassetto family has been raising fattened ducks. The whole family is involved in this artisanal business. The ducks live for 14 weeks in semi-liberty before being force-fed with white maize from local farmers, then slaughtered and processed according to tradition. You will find on the shelves, on direct sale at the farm, foie gras, cooked or dried duck breasts, confits, pâtés, preserves of dishes cooked according to Gascony recipes. Flavour and quality are key.

Les gérants sont de vrais passionnés qui assurent la fabrication des produits de A à Z.
On y trouve des produits issus du canard (magret, manchons, confit...) mais également des spécialités gersoise (vin, armagnac,...).
Les paniers proposés à la vente sont très généreux.
Je recommande.
L'été 2 soirées avec repas et musique sont organisées dans ce lieu magnifique. Très sympa ????
