CHÂTEAU ET PARC DE BUZET
The castle and its park, enhanced by focusing on viticulture and agro-ecological transition and with various animations
Owned by the Coopérative des Vignerons de Buzet since 2018, the château (currently under renovation) is not accessible, but you will have access to the immense surrounding forest estate. Perched on a plateau, this thousand-year-old site was once home to the castral village of Haut-Buzet, the remains of which will be revealed to you. In the 19thcentury , Count Alfred de Noailles turned it into a renowned winegrowing estate, hence the connection with the Cave de Buzet. The tour's historical, cultural and environmental significance make it a fascinating experience. Wine tasting offered at the end.
