GLOOTERS
Glooters are mini-cocktails to eat, these food UFOs, which revolutionize both the world of mixology (the art of making cocktails) and that of molecular cuisine, are presented in the form of capsules as fun as they are unique. Thanks to agar-agar (an algae that replaces gelatin in pastries), pina colada, mojito, sunrise and other sex on the beach are transformed into melting bites. Joffrey Tristan and Laurent Sicard, the two young entrepreneurs who launched the concept, caught the idea in an Australian bar. Their Glooters, which contain 12.5% alcohol, are obviously consumed in moderation.
