DOMAINE HAUT-CAMPAGNAU
This former sailing instructor converted to winegrower has been looking after his 18 hectares since 1998. He produces biodynamically with two imperatives: endemic yeast and historical grape varieties as markers of the terroir. His clear-cut approach has earned him the praise of the press, from Le Monde to Stern. Dominique concentrates his talents on the whites, which represent 85% of the vineyard. He produces astonishing vintages, such as his "Pissenlits", matured as a "vin de voile" and reminiscent of Jura wines. You can visit his cellar by appointment.
