The Café du Commerce is a bar, PMU and brasserie all rolled into one. For over 25 years, regulars and visitors alike have been invading the premises at all hours. Everyone mingles at lunchtime to enjoy a dish of the day, a regional platter or a Basque or Gascon combination dish.
