Margaux and Marianne, formerly colleagues at a sheep-fold and cheese dairy, became very good friends, and it was only natural that they should join forces in 2021 to create this beautiful cheese dairy from which come true gustatory treasures. Their dairy products are not only organic, but made from milk sourced from ultra-short distances, less than half an hour from the dairy! So, if you go to see them, you'll come across the pretty Jersey cows grazing in the green meadows that give such good milk... A real treat!
