A flock of 120 cross-bred ewes has been reared organically since 2007, and the ewes are fed exclusively with fodder and cereals produced on Ferme des Quatre Vents. The lambs are also fed cereals and fresh grass whenever possible. Lambing takes place in the sheepfold, then the lambs are taken outdoors at the age of one month and graze with their mothers. No wonder the meat on this farm is divine!
