The restaurant is run by Mariana and Nicolas. As delicious as it is beautiful to look at, Mariana's home cooking is inspired and colorful. She works a lot with seafood, prepared in original ways, as well as with meats. The recipes sometimes take on accents from around the world, driven by a desire to surprise and delight, as in the tuna tataki, bottarga and black rice, or the honey-roasted Pérail cheese with hibiscus chutney. Interesting wine list, with natural and organic references. Plates to share on Thursday evenings.
