Very good surprise, the hotel combines brasserie spirit and quality in a very pleasant dynamism and a perfect welcome. We love the appetizer buffets where Piedmont and museau salads, vegetables in dressing, herring and anchovies compete with the farandole of desserts. Love of children's tastes, do not hesitate, rice, chocolate foam, tiramisu or floating island are at the meeting! With its inspired days dishes, La Pergola ensures daily grilled meat as well as a dish in sauce. Fairway, rabbit, pork are deliciously dishes and, again, quality is there because the products come from the local or French producers, it is a philosophy of the places. On Wednesday, it is special flat as a stuffed couscous or squid and on Sunday, Nathalie dares the semi-gastronomic menus with a great success.
