They could just be the village festival or just another celebration of the 14th of July. But the celebrations that take place in Piacenza go a little beyond that: For three days, the whole town is in feria mode! Everywhere there is time for entertainment. It is thanks to some local aficionados that the "Vivement 5 heures" peña was born in December 2001. Bullfighting festival with its so particular and festive atmosphere well adapted to our region, its friendliness, its gastronomy, its sense of welcome. This is why the 14th of July in Plaisance is an unmissable event. To give you an idea, you will find races in the Landes, bullfighting events including a toro de fuego, an Intercities type meeting at the arenas but also concerts, a musical mass, a garage sale and of course gourmet meals and the firemen's ball!
