Although it represents only 2% of overall production, it will never be said enough: Haut-Armagnac is a rare, precious vineyard. Claude and Martine Posternak, on their 10 hectares estate, with traditional grape varieties, Folle-Blanc, Ugni-Blanc, Colombard, vendanges and early distillation, are regarded by the specialized press as emblematic of very high quality viticulture. As for the armagnacs, from Simple Distillation to the great vintages of the Century they leave in the mouth rare and unique sensations. The quality is in this small area that produces great things.
