Tapas and a nice selection of meats cooked on a wood fire in a restaurant in the Preignan business park.
This Spanish restaurant is based on the bodega concept. While the exterior is fairly neutral, the dining room is quite different. Exposed beams and earthenware tiles create a décor reminiscent of an old Spanish farmhouse, while colorful furniture adds a touch of cheerfulness. The menu plays the part of a tapas bar, pintxos and planks, with a fairly classic choice: tortilla, chorizo a la plancha, grilled peppers... The menu is rounded out by a fine selection of wood-fired fish and meat dishes: grilled lomo, mussels à la provençale, brochettes...

Moules portées à table dans un plat sans couvercle donc vite froides. Frites commandées, oubliées.

Et franchement le repas délicieux : viande goûteuse et cuite à mon goût accompagnée d'un gratin dauphinois.
Lors du repas j'ai même répété plusieurs fois "pu..in c'est bon" !
