In a sublime old Gascon cowshed, full of charm and character, the chef offers original, creative and varied traditional cuisine. A warm welcome and friendly service. The chef continues to create new dishes, always with a gourmet, refined Gascon flair. Your plate will be garnished exclusively with local produce, such as Gascon beef steak with red wine onion fondue, or quail stuffed with foie gras, with an extra truffle sauce!

Une nouvelle fois, le guide Michelin m'a envoyé dans une très belle adresse. Un repas de grande qualité et un service du dimanche soir fait par le chef en personne. Un excellent moment passé en couple, nous avons même pu échanger longuement avec le Chef après le repas. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à la première occasion.
