This gastronomic institution is headed by William Candelon, nephew of historic chef Bernard Bach. The two-star restaurant welcomes you in elegant surroundings for an exceptional dining experience. Suggestions are as creative as ever, supported by the finest quality products, such as the terrine of venison and pistachio with bacon, the pig's trotter stuffed with octopus and braised or the Wagyu beef just seared on a cream of rice with galanga. For an additional charge, you can also request a wine and cheese pairing.

Le menu du marché du midi défie toute concurrence pour un deux étoiles Michelin. 39€ hors boissons. Délicieux, une cuisine de qualité dans un cadre agréable.

Ma femme et mon fils se sont trouvés bloqués hier à Pujaudran à cause de la neige et le chef n'a pas accepté qu'ils puissent s'assoir un moment, le temps que la route soit dénégée pour repartir (le 28/02/18 - 11:00). Des étoiles sans coeur.

Le cadre est un peu froid. .La cuisine est excellente, nous avons pris le menu dégustation et l'originalité des plats à merveille. Le service est un pesant car on est entouré de nombreux serveurs et on a l'expression d'être surveillé au moindre geste, ils sont plusieurs à venir vous solliciter.

ce restaurant est vraiment exceptionnel, les produits sont de très grande qualité et sont travaillé d'une façon originale sans les dénaturer. le menu du retour du marché est abordable et offre un vision de la qualité du chef. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant
Created by chef Bernard Bach cooking Scallops Well does not envy the name Parisian.
A refined setting, a smiling and attentive.
Each dish will be presented and commented on with passion, and you can enjoy these creations.
The chef and works fish and seafood meat (the saddle of lamb is a delight), of course exploits tastes and textures and colours, a real pleasure for all the senses.
Really happy this place full of refinement, recommended for dinners lovers!
