RELAIS DU PONT D'ARCOLE
Traditional local cuisine in a hotel-restaurant with terrace in Riscle.
At the Relais du Pont d'Arcole, Stéphane is the boss, but if you are looking for him, you will find him faster by asking for Ramon! He offers a traditional local menu which revisits the specialities of the South-West with elegance. It changes three times a year to follow the seasons and guarantee incomparable freshness. The plates, very well arranged, present real little jewels and candied duck breasts are well present. The homemade foie gras, served with its chutney is to be fallen and every two days, fresh fish arrives, cooked according to inspiration! The Pont d'Arcole salad is a great classic with gizzards, foie gras and dried duck breast. In winter, try absolutely the smoked salmon, a speciality of Ramon. The choice between meats such as rack of lamb or filet of beef Rossini style is just perfect and we love the know-how of this inventive chef. Homemade fries and daring desserts complete the picture: revisited lemon pie and millefeuilles rival the famous apple crisp! With a decoration combining old and modern, in a sober setting with contemporary lighting and its terrace under the arcades, the establishment is very pleasant. The Relais du Pont d'Arcole is also a hotel, open every day.

De la macédoine sortie de la boîte, mise sur une assiette avec de la salade autour et 1/4 d'œuf ?
