Associated with the "Clos Castel" hotel, this historic Casteljaloux restaurant boasts an exceptional level of refinement, in a room of the highest standing and with service to match. From a terrine of flaked skate wing or pan-seared foie gras with white onion and pear compote for starters, duck breast with mango coulis, sweet potato cream and coffee for main courses, to white chocolate cream, puffed rice, clove gel and grapefruit sorbet for the grand finale: Petit Futé is delighted with this unexpected and prestigious cuisine on every visit.

Soirée de rêve dans un lieu qui ne trahit pas sa réputation. Accueil chaleureux, comme si nous étions des amis attendus pour débuter le concert. Salle aux couleurs séduisantes et harmonieuses telle une douce musique aux accords parfaits. Un « maître de cérémonie » attentif et efficace maitrisant son orchestre au doigt et à l’œil. Un « compositeur » en cuisine sans aucune fausse note proposant des plats mélodieux aux mille saveurs. Cuisine de qualité haute en couleurs. De l’entrée au dessert, plats comprenant uniquement des morceaux choisis exceptionnellement bien accompagnés d’herbes et de sauces appropriées. Carte de vins variés d’appellations renommées. Admirablement dirigée et nous invitant à revenir sans tarder pour le plaisir gustatif et olfactif : une symphonie inoubliable
