Associated with the "Clos Castel" hotel, this historic Casteljaloux restaurant boasts an exceptional level of refinement, in a room of the highest standing and with service to match. From a terrine of flaked skate wing or pan-seared foie gras with white onion and pear compote for starters, duck breast with mango coulis, sweet potato cream and coffee for main courses, to white chocolate cream, puffed rice, clove gel and grapefruit sorbet for the grand finale: Petit Futé is delighted with this unexpected and prestigious cuisine on every visit.

Je n'ai pas de mots pour exprimer le bonheur de mes papilles. j'ai voyagé à chaque plat. Pour moi il n'y a pas assez d'étoiles pour vous remercier pour de si charmante découverte. Volontairement je n'ai mis aucune photo des plats il faut absolument que vous y alliez faire ces découvertes vous repartirez sur un petit nuage. Bravo pour l'accueil, le service impeccable ????et bravo à cette brigade en cuisine. Sublime établissement ????????????????????????????
