In this large village house, Portuguese-born chef Armindo has opened Papilles en Scène. With the daily menu at lunchtime or the more elaborate à la carte menu in the evening, you'll enjoy traditional Gers cuisine with a hint of Portuguese flavors, according to the chef's whims. Saint-Marcellin crumble, gravelax salmon tartar, Italian salad, pike-perch in beurre blanc with summer vegetables, honey chicken brochettes, chocolate profiteroles or pineapple and kiwi carpaccio... Everything is gourmet, and homemade with local produce!

Cuisine bonne mais aucune souplesse
déçue. la cuisine est plutôt bonne mais la serveuse une catastrophe. Si on prend le menu du jour , on est OBLIGES de prendre l'entrée plat dessert ( pas de possibilité entrée, plat ou plat dessert) , si on aime pas quelque chose il est INTERDIT de remplacer par autre chose sur la carte ( même en payant plus cher) , c'est déplorable . si je n'avais pas été accompagné , je serai reparti direct .
