In this large village house, Portuguese-born chef Armindo has opened Papilles en Scène. With the daily menu at lunchtime or the more elaborate à la carte menu in the evening, you'll enjoy traditional Gers cuisine with a hint of Portuguese flavors, according to the chef's whims. Saint-Marcellin crumble, gravelax salmon tartar, Italian salad, pike-perch in beurre blanc with summer vegetables, honey chicken brochettes, chocolate profiteroles or pineapple and kiwi carpaccio...
