LE GERS GOURMET

Ferme Monlezun is a duck producer located in Saint-Germé, in the town of Monlezun, in the Gers department. Open all year round, the farm offers tours by appointment. Visitors can discover the different stages of duck production, as well as taste and buy local products such as foie gras, confit, cassoulet, magrets aux cèpes and leg of duck gigolettes with mushrooms. Ferme Monlezun has been awarded the "Bienvenue à la Ferme" label, and offers an authentic experience of local gastronomy. To complete the tour, wine lovers can also visit the Syndicat des Vins de Saint Mont, located in Saint-Mont, where they can discover the region's AOC wines. The Saint Mont vineyard also offers wine tourism activities, discovery tours and accommodation for visitors.
