CAPRICE DE LA FERME

Passionate about his profession, Jean-Philippe Gasparotto warmly welcomes you to his 60-hectare organic farm where he raises ducks, but not only ducks! He prepares, cooks and preserves them. He also produces ready-to-cook and roast chickens, as well as fresh organic fruit (kiwis, blackcurrants, redcurrants...) that you can enjoy in compote, sorbet, fruit juice or in his croustades. At the farm or from the self-service vending machine set up in the church square, leave with a gourmet basket filled with farm produce!
