Since 2004, Carine Fitte and Hélène Archidec have been managing this superb estate, named after the mill and extraordinary château built in the 13th century on the banks of the Baïse river. The 18 hectares of hillside vines planted on clay-limestone soil, with ten different grape varieties, produce wines in all three colors. Sign up for the two-hour "Discovery tour of the estate and its wines", which will tell you all about this fabulous estate, and allow you to taste several wines - it's truly fascinating!

Hier kann man fantastischen Bio Wein kaufen, sowie diverses leckeres hochprozentiges. Sehr nette Leute. Eine Weinverkostung lohnt sich. Muss aber telefonisch angemeldet werden
