A beautiful address of foie gras in Saint-Médard.
The Comageilles raise ducks, Gascon pigs and poultry on their family farm. They then share with their guests the products they have concocted on the spot! They have to be found, but it is worth the detour... On the menu, Gascon delights that you won't forget: garbure, country soup, duck foie gras in terrine, fresh liver tatin, duck stew with prunes, black pork from Bigorre, potted chicken, tarte tatin - some menus are by reservation only. If you like foie gras, don't miss this old barn!

You would like to keep this secret address to be sure to have a table! Despite success, quality, generosity and authenticity are always present. All menus are excellent, hearty, at affordable prices. Book early!
