In the town of Saint-Sauvy, in the Gers department, you'll find Yoga Kaivalya, a yoga studio run by Magali. The studio offers various yoga workshops, including a yoga and sound travel workshop. Each workshop costs 60 euros, and booking is compulsory. Participants will have the opportunity to explore their perceptions, sensations and rebalance their bodies through yoga and sound travel. The workshops take place at "La Bon'Heure", rue du Nord, Saint-Sauvy. For those wishing to deepen their yoga practice, it is also possible to take part in workshops on the theme of chakras in collaboration with Nynke Huijzer, equi-coach. These courses take place at the Gîte Micalon in Gaujac, about 65 km from Toulouse.
