Trained at Lenôtre, a guarantee of excellence, Lydia Vico embellishes the lives of the lucky ones who pass through the door of her store with delicacies. Her ice creams and sorbets are made from local ingredients, such as organic milk from a farm in Monbahus, 15 km away. Blackcurrant-blackberry-violet, strawberry-hibiscus flower, mango-passion-green tea-vanilla, almond-orange flower, caramelized hazelnut, gingerbread: the flavors change with the seasons but remain invariably delicious.
