Un rapport qualité/prix imbattable pour un menu du midi
Pour 22.5€, vin et café compris :
Rillettes de lieu noir, crème de piquillos/tomates a l'huile d'olive fumée: goûteux à loisir ????
Filet rosé de cannette de Barbarie rôtie, risotto aux asperges vertes, jeune Parmesan : en fait, un petit magret bien tendre avec un petit gras bien croustillant et un Risotto fondant❤️
Soupe de fraise, mousse à la pistache: délicieux ????
Et le vin en pichet: un merlot du pays au nez de fruits rouge...
Bref que du bon, .. pardon... TRÈS BON Et IMBATTABLE pour un déjeuner
