AU CANARD GOURMAND
Restaurant with terrace offering traditional dishes spiced up with a touch of exoticism
For over a quarter of a century, this Gers-style restaurant has been serving duck. Today, chef Corentin Lagache has taken over the reins, mastering traditional dishes and spicing them up with a touch of the exotic, such as escalope de foie réduit au floc or magret au cacao. We love the tasting cellar, with its labels telling the story of each bottle, each winemaker... In addition to the 25 kg of farm-fresh duck produced each week, we also serve beef, lamb and even Henri IV's poule au pot.
