Every year at the end of November, this fair brings together all lovers of local gastronomy and culture to discover or rediscover the flavors of Gascony. For 3 days, the festivities are in full swing. On the program: producer fairs and exhibitions, foie gras competitions, culinary demonstrations, concerts, games, dances and traditional dances, not forgetting Gascony meals made with local produce and served on large tables. For children, Petits Chefs workshops are also organized.
